MPCHS invites bids for commercial plots in several projects

Islamabad: Multi Professional Cooperative Housing Society (MPCHS) has launched commercial plots in Tele Garden Sector F-17, Multi Garden Sector B-17, Multi Residencia, and Orchard Farm Housing, according to a print ad. The plots launched by the developer include those meant for a hospital, shopping centres, a commercial markaz, petrol pumps, apartments, and other mixed-use developments. Interested applicants can get application forms, bid documents, and plot details from the society office in G-8 Markaz. The applications can be submitted latest by August 9, along with a pay order or demand draft of PKR 5 million for the plots reserved for a hospital, apartments, mixed-use developments, and commercial use. Those applying for space in commercial shopping centres are required to submit a pay order of PKR 2.5 million along with their application.
