DHA Quetta announces ‘limited-time offer’ for 5-marla plots

Quetta: The Defense Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta has announced a ‘limited-time’ offer for buyers interested in purchasing 5-marla plots in DHA Quetta Smart City Phase-I, according to the project’s official Facebook page. According to the notification, interested individuals will be able to purchase 5-marla plots in DHA Quetta Smart City Phase-I against a lump-sum payment of PKR 1,635,000. The plot cuts available under this offer will be demarcated within 1.5 years and the development of the involved sectors will be completed by 2023. Moreover, as an added incentive, the DHA Quetta management has announced that registered tax filers will only have to pay 1% tax. The existing member of DHA Quetta have been exempted from paying any membership fees. The transfer charges amount to PKR 12,938. Meanwhile, the development work on the residential project’s main gate and the ‘DHA Expressway’ is being executed at a rapid pace.
