DHA Multan to hand over possession of ‘Rumanza’ today

Multan: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan is all set to hand over possession of Rumanza Golf Community today (March 02), as per the post published on society’s official Facebook page. The administration of DHA Multan called this development another milestone in the project journey. The possession will be given to esteemed members who have already deposited the down payment and first instalment. In addition to the said announcement, the administration has expressed wishes for all the stakeholders and upcoming beneficiaries of a prosperous and progressive future in DHA Multan. In a previous development, Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) Chairman Lt Gen Muhammad Waseem Ashraf has approved several mega projects for the housing scheme and its future residents – including Pakistan Square and an Indoor Sports Complex. Also, the housing authority has signed an agreement with Askar Bank Ltd to facilitate financing for the following: Construction of the residential house Purchase of plot and launching construction thereon Purchase of ready villas Rumanza Golf Community, as the name indicates, features a world-class 18-hole golf club that’s surrounded by residential space. The project was launched in November 2020 and encompassed an inventory of 12-marla, 1-kanal and 2-kanal residential plot cuts. These properties can be purchased on a two-year payment plan facility. The ballot to determine successful applicants for Rumanza Golf Community was held on December 5.
