Lake City Lahore shares deadline to avail special price for plots in M8 Sector

Lahore: The management of Lake City has stated that the last date to avail the special price offer on 5-marla residential plot in Sector M-8 (which is worth PKR 5.4 million plus PKR 600,000 development charges) is January 31 (Sunday), as per the project’s official Facebook page. After the said deadline, the residential project will not extend the offer. With a quarterly instalment plan, these plots are available against a down payment of PKR 900,000. The possession for these 5-marla plots will be granted after three years, as per an expert realtor working in the area. The residential scheme offers many amenities that are ensuring peaceful and pleasurable stay for the dwellers. Moreover, Lake City Lahore also has its own power generation plant that ensures uninterrupted power supply throughout the year.
